					<description><![CDATA[I just got back from a four day trip and feel the same way.  It&#039;s amazing how easily it is to get out of a routine.  My diet for instance was way out of whack on vacation, and the extra pounds the scale is telling me I am makes it necessary to get back to my &#039;routine&quot; sooner rather than later.  I did do okay as far as cash, although I cringe at the thought that I spent $40.00 on fastfood on the car ride, when I could have easily made healthy sandwiches for the road.
